The different agricultural companies (FRUTARIA) belonging to SAMCA develop their production on estates located in Aragon, Catalonia, Andalusia and Extremadura. Numerous products, mainly fruit trees, are cultivated and marketed (fresh fruit, citric fruit, subtropical fruit, dried fruit and nuts, etc.). There is a constant investigation for new varieties and their adaptation possibilities. Another important crop is the olive, mainly used to produce oil. The Group is the most important of the Spanish fruit companies, with a total volume near of 100 million kilos per year, which more than 50% are exported.
